Being an adjustment of the boundaries of those portions of land in the City of Bakersfield described
as the NW Y, of the SE A, and the W Y2 of the SW K of the SE Y., all in Section 18, T. 29 S., R.
29 E, M. D. B. & M.
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 387 -030 -10 & 387 - 030 -13.
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as
Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot line Adjustments and acting herein
on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that, upon approved access from a dedicated,
publicly maintained sheet or highway being provided to the site, the Lot Line Adjustment for the
hereinafter - described parcels of land will comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of
the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions
of land.
Said adjusted parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, are more particularly described on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
GERI BLOEMER COOPER, HAZEL MARYHOBBA, Trustee of the Hazel Mary Rabb, Revocable Trust
dated September 18, 1987, JACK M. HOOD and SHARON B. HOOD, as Trustees, or to the Successor
Trustees under the Jack M. and Sharon B. Hood Living Trust dated December 27, 1991, and ROBERT
A. & MARY MARTHA HOOD, Co- Trustees of the Robert A. & Mary Martha Hood Living Trust dated
July 2, 1992 are the owners of the described parcels of land.
