The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as
(� Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein
on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby certifies that the Lot Line Adjustment for the
hereinafter- described parcels of land complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the
State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions
of land.
Said adjusted parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, are more particularly described on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
It should be noted that the preparation and recordation of a Certificate of Compliance shows that
the lot line adjustment conforms to the requirements of the Map Act only and should not be
interpreted as the sole requirement for obtaining construction permits.
NICHOLAS T. VALOS, TRUSTEE & PAMELA L. VALOS, TRUSTEE OF THE VALOS FAMILY
TRUST DATED MAY1, 1992, as to Lot 17 and SHNINDER SINGH DEOL & HARJIT RAUR DEOL,
TRUSTEES OF THE SHIVINDER AND HARIIT DEOL TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 7,1989, as to
Lot 18 are the owners of the described parcels of land.

BEING AN ADJUSTMENT OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THOSE PARCELS OF
LAND DESCRIBED AS ADJUSTED LOT 17 AND ADJUSTED LOT 18
ADJUSTED LOT 17
A portion of Lot 17 of Tract No.5291 in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California per map
recorded in Book 39 on Page 92 in the office of the Kern
County Recorder described as follows:
Commencing at the northerly corner of said Lot; thence,
along the northerly line of said lot, South 72 °31'53" East,
5.00 feet, to the True Point of Beginning;
1) Thence; at right angles to said northerly line,SOUth
17 °28'07" West, 150.77 feet to a point in the southerly line
of said lot.
2) Thence; along last named line, South 63 °45124" East
146.21 feet to the southeasterly corner of said lot and the
beginning of a tangent curve concave to the west, having a
radius of 470.00 feet.
3) Thence; along the easterly boundary of said lot.
a) Northerly along last named curve, through a
central angle of 08 °46'29 ", an arc distance of
71.98 feet to a point.
b) North 17 °28'07" East 81.38 feet to a point and the
beginning of a tangent curve concave to the
southwest, having a radius of 20 feet.
c) Northerly along last named curve, through a
central angle of 90 °0010011, an arc distance of
31.42 feet to a point in the northerly line of
said lot.
4) Thence; along last named line, North 72 °31153" West,
130.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This adjusted lot contains an area of 24,128 square
feet, more or less.
The basis of bearing is South 72 °31'53" East for the
cenerline of Tunbridge Wells Court of said Tract.

Lot 18 and a portion of Lot 17 of Tract No. 5291 in the City
of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California per map
recorded in Book 39 at Page 92 in the office of the Kern
County Recorder described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 18.
1) Thence; along the northerly line of said Lot 17,
South 72'31'53" East, 5.00 feet to a point.
2) Thence; at right angles to said northerly line, South
17'28'07" West, 150.77 feet to a point in the southerly
line of said Lot 17.
3) Thence; along said southerly line, North 63 °45'24"
West 5.06 feet to a point in the southeasterly of said
Lot 18.
4) Thence; along said southeasterly line, South
41 °01'54" West 141.94 feet to the most southerly corner
of said lot.
5) Thence; along the southwesterly line of said lot

beginning of a non tangent curve having a radial
