4. CONSENT CALENDAR PUBLIC HEARINGS
(Ward 1) a. Conditional Use Permit No. 18-001 1 : Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a
temporary trucking yard and truck washing & repair facility (17.64.020.13) in an A
(Agriculture Zone) district located at 3127 East Panama Lane. A finding that the
project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be
considered.

(Staff recommends approval)
(Ward 2) b. Conditional Use Permit No. 18-0048: Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a
restaurant with drive-through services (I 7.22.040.B.1 1) in a C-1 (Neighborhood
Commercial) district located at 1800 23rd Street. A finding that the project is
exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered.
(Owner/ Applicant: Wingfoot Properties LLC / Frontier Real Estate Investments LLC)
