A review was conducted by the Bakers0eld Public Works Dept and Mr. Jim Holladay at PWD Instructed us to file for an encroachment permit on behalf of AT &T, The encroachment permit will allow AT &T to park a temporary portable emergency generator next to the side walkyourb on Eye street for an Indefinite period of time. The portable generator would be needed by AT &T In the event of an emergency or loss of commercial electrical power at their facility. Mr. Holladay provided us with the encroachment permit application forms and Instructed us to send the completed application and fee to the building department for processing.
