Subject: Encroachment Permit at 4001 Peachwood Attachments: IMG_3637.JPG; IMG 3638JPG Bob, after visiting the site, I have no problem approving the fence as it sits. There will be wrought iron installed between the brickpillars that will allow the neighbor backing out to see. Also, the neighbor has a dozen or so large rose bushes adjacent to the fence that already obstructs their view backing out; even without the new fence there (see attached photos). I approve the encroachment permit without a fence modification. The required line -of -site is not obstructed by the fence installation. Let me know if you need anything else.
