Based on the dimensions shown on the maps included with the application the fence is within the line of sight area as described in Municipal Code Section 17.08.175A and detailed in City Standard T-7 for an uncontrolled intersection. Obstructions within this area cannot be any higher than 3 feet as measured from the curb flow line, or 2.5 feet as measured from the top of the sidewalk, The sight line area gives vehiclesapproaching the intersection a clear view of any oncoming traffic.
