The existing wrought iron fence replaces a prior wooden fence. Also included is a drawing showing the encroachment in relation to the existingcurb, gutter, sidewalk and setback distance as well as pictures of the fence from several. directions. Signatures from affected neighbors have been collected. The enclosed pictures will show that we are a corner house with one adjoining neighbor and one "across the street" neighbor.
