NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheets 1 through 5 of Parcel Map No. 11788 — Phase 3 as
filed February 3, 2005 in Book 59 of Parcel Maps at Pages 196 through 200 filed in the Office of
the Kern County Recorder is corrected in accordance with Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyors Act and Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows:
Correction to sheet 2
1) (Parcel 9 of the Parcel Area Gross and Net Tables) The square footage of the
parcel shown as 42,306 square feet is hereby corrected to read 42,356 square
feet.
Correction to sheet 5
2) (Table Line 10) The distance shown as 33.41 feet along the southerly boundary
of Parcel 9 is hereby corrected to read 33.86 feet.
3) (Table Line 11) The distance shown as 26.50 feet along the southerly boundary
of Parcel 9 is hereby corrected to read 26.95 feet.
