RE: Encroachment Permit Application
Dear Mr. Froehlich:
We have reviewed your application for an encroachment permit for a wall and pilaster along the west side
of your lot, extending to the back of existing curb and the treatment in the center of the lot. There is to be
a minimum of 4.5 feet of unobstructed area behind the curb for pedestrian travel along 22nd Street;
therefore we must deny your request for an encroachment permit at this time. When the encroachments
are removed and /or moved back to the minimum 4.5 foot setback and all other encroachments, the
pilasters in the center of the lot, within the city right -of -way are included in your application we can again
continue the review of your encroachment permit.

Dear Mr. Froehlich:
We have reviewed your application for an encroachment permit for a wall and pilaster along the west side
of your lot, extending to the back of existing curb and the treatment in the center of the lot. There is to be
a minimum of 4.5 feet of unobstructed area behind the curb for pedestrian travel along 22nd Street;
therefore we must deny your request for an encroachment permit at this time. When the encroachments

officers, agents and employees against any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of action or demands, whatsoever
