Since the location is at a Tee intersection and the sight line policy allows a Tee to be treated as an implied stop for the non - crossing street, we can use the controlled intersection criteria for sight line. With the open pattern fencing and the controlled sight line, it appears that the fence could be permitted. thank you for the opportunity to review this application. Stephen L.
