AN ORDINANCE OF Tf~E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.70.040 OF
THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
SERVICE CHARGES FOR PARADE SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 3.70.040 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is
hereby amended by amending the service charge for parade services
to read as follo~,~s:
Section 3.70.040 Schedule of Fees and Service Charges.

SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
City charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.
