064-18 SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED
BENEFITS FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE GENERAL SUPERVISORY, POLICE
SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT UNITS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 064-18 sets salaries and related benefits, for
employees of the General Supervisory, Police Supervisory and Management Units.
NOW, THEREFORE BE
IT
RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of
Bakersfield that effective September
5,
2018, Resolution No. 064-18, is
hereby
amended as follows:
1. Resolution No 064-18 is hereby amended by addition of the additional pay
of the following class title in the Supervisory Unit:
. Certified City Surveyor
Any Supervisory Unit employee in the Public Works Department who is officially
designated by the Public Works Director to serve in the role of "City Surveyor" shall
receive a 5% increase in pay for the hours worked as City Surveyor. This additional pay
does not apply to Management Unit employees.
