Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of
Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby certifies the following:
1 Lots 8 & 9 as shown on that map of Tract 3136, filed in Book 16 of Maps, Page 73, in the
Office of the Kern County Recorder, have been divided as described on those deeds
recorded November 29, 1968, in Book 4221, Page 21, and Book 4221, Page 23, Official
Records, and
2 said division complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of
land.
DORIS P. FORTUNE, and MALCOLM P. POWERS & ALINA POWERS are the owners of the parcels
of land created by the divisions described in said deeds.
