25; and Lots 7 through 10, inclusive, in Block 48 of the "Lowell
Addition" to the Town of Bakersfield, as per map recorded January
7, 1897, in Map Book 1 at Page 23 in the Office of the Kern
County Recorder, as said Lots were enlarged by the abandonment
diminishing the width of the alley in said Block 48, as described
in Resolution of the Council of the City of Bakersfield, adopted
December 23, 1918.
Together with that portion of Ninth Street lying between said
Block 25 and Block 48 and the North 36 feet of the 20 foot wide
alley of said Block 48, vacated by the City of Bakersfield in
Document recorded June 17, 1988 in Book 6134, Page 91 of Official
Records.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 5 feet of said enlarged Lots 7 and
