designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot
Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of
Bakersfield, hereby states that that portion of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D.
M. described on the attached Exhibit "A" complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act
of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.

Being a portion of that certain parcel of land shown as the "Not a Part" per Book 6093
at Page 724 of Official Records on Tract No. 5386 -Phase "A" filed in Map Book 39 at
page 61 and lying northerly of Tract No. 5386 -Phase "B" filed in Map Book 40 at Page
32, all in the Office of the Kern County Recorder. Also being a portion of the
northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 29 South, Range 27 East, M.D.M., in the
City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section 32 as shown on said Tract No.
5386 -Phase "A ";
