30 South, Range 28 East, M. D. B. M.. Excepting Therefrom the north 178 feet. As evidenced by that
Grant Deed recorded December 2, 1983, in Book 5611, Page 977, Official Records. In accordance with
Government Code 66499.34, the portion of land described above has been determined to be "real property
which has been approved for development".
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield is designated by ordinances of said City
as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of
Compliance. At the request of the property owner and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield
and in accordance with Government Code Section 66499.35 (c), said City Engineer hereby issues this
Certificate of Compliance for the following described parcel of land:,_ _- -- - - - -- - -
