Types:1 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE (SECTION 66499.35, GOVERNMENT CODE) The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield is designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance. Government Code Section 66499.35(d) states that a recorded final map constitutes a certificate of compliance with respect to the portions of real property described in the map. Section 66451.10(a) states that two or more contiguous portions of land are not deemed merged because of the fact they are held by the same owner. Therefore, at the request of the property owner and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield and in accordance with Government Code Section 66499.35, said City Engineer hereby issues this Certificate of Compliance for the following described parcels of land: 1) Lot 5 in Block 29 of the Lowell Addition, in the City of Bakersfiled, County of Kern, State of Californial, as per the map recorded November 25, 1898, in Book 1 of Maps, Pages 13 and 14, in the office of the Kern County Recorder, together with the now vacated east 6.5 feet of the alley adjoining said property on the west. 2) Lot 6 in Block 29 of the Lowell Addition, in the City of Bakersfiled, County of Kern, State of Californial, as per the map recorded November 25, 1898, in Book 1 of Maps, Pages 13 and 14, in the office of the Kern County Recorder, together with the now vacated east 6.5 feet of the alley adjoining said property on the west. Assessor's Parcel Number: 009 - 151- 05 -00 -9 Property Owner: LUIS R. GONZALEZ and MARIBEL GONZALEZ, husband and wife as joint tenants. This Certificate of Compliance is being issued and recorded for 2 parcels. This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto.
