Being a consolidation and redivision of those portions of land shown as Lots 6 through 11 in Block 88 of that portion
of the City of Bakersfield, formerly known as the Town of Kern, also being a portion of Section 29, T. 29 S., R. 28
E., M. D. B. & M.
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 16- 020- 02 -00 -7 & 16- 020- 03 -00 -7.
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter - described parcels of land complies with the provisions
of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code
regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield; County of Kern, State of California, are more
particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
MRG INVESTMENT GROUP, a California General Partnership and MARJORIE O. BROWN, a married woman, are the
owners of the described parcels of land.

BEING A MERGER AND REDIVISION OF LOTS 6 THRU 11 IN
BLOCK 88 OF THAT PORTION OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE TOWN OF KERN, COUNTY OF KERN,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ALSO BEING A PORTION OF SECTION 29,
T. 29 S., R. 2$ E., M.D.M.
Parcel "A"
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot 7 and all of Lots 8, 9j, 10 and 11 in Block 88 of
that portion of the City of Bakersfield, formerly known as the Town of Kern,
in the County of Kern, State of California, as per map recorded January 12,
1889 in Book 1, Pages 15 and 16 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 12 in said Block 88, also being a
point on -the Southerly line of Sumner Street, thence S 73° 07' 53" E on and
along the Northerly line of Lots 11, 10, 9, 8 and 7, a distance of 105.03
feet to its intersection with the Easterly line of the Westerly 5 feet of
said Lot 7; thence S 16° 51' 22" W on and along the Easterly line of the
Westerly 5 feet of said Lot 7, a distance of 150.06 feet to its intersection
with the Southerly line of said Lot 7, also being a point on the Northerly
line of a 20 foot wide alley; thence N 73° 08' 04" W on and along the Southerly
line on Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, a distance of 105.02 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot 12; thence N 16° 51' 11" E on and along the Easterly line of
said Lot 12, a distance of 150.06 feet to the point of beginning.
