Being a consolidation and redivision of Lot 21 of Tract 2643 and that portion of land southerly of Alfred
Harrel Highway in the S 1/z of the SW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 28 East, M. D. B. & M.
Assessors Parcel Numbers 436 - 054- 19 -00 -6 and 436- 121- 02 -00 -5.
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory
LN Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and. Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City
of Bakersfield, hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- described parcels of land complies
" t11 with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of
Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.

Said parcels of. land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more

Being a consolidation and re-division of a portion of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 10, 'Township 29 South, Range 28 Past, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian, in the City of Bakersfield, County of
Kern, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:

Lot 21 of Tract 2643, per map thereof recorded March 22, 1962, in
Book 12 of Maps at Pages 159 through 161, in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Kern.
Said hereinabove described Parcel A contains 0.30 acres, more or
less.

Beginning at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 10, thence N.
