The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory
Agency with respect to ParcelMap Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City
of Bakersfield, hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- describedparcels of land complies
with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of
Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more
particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
RONALD G. FROEHLICH,JR. & STACYL. FROEHLICH, Trustees'of the Froehlich Living Trust Dated June 11,
1991, are the owners of the described parcels of land.

portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, T. 29 S., R. 28
E., M.D.M., County of Kern, State of California, in the City of
Bakersfield and more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of Block 63 of said
"Bernard. Addition Subdivision "; thence Northwesterly on and
along the northerly line of said Block, North 73 °07'26"
West, 1.50.00 feet, to the Northeast corner of Lot 7 of said
Block 63, and the true point of beginning. Thence South-
easterly on and along the northerly line of said block,
