The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory
Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and
acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described and
shown on Exhibits "A" and "B ", attached hereto and made parts hereof, complies with the provisions of
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal
Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real property is a result of Lot Line
Adjustment P01 -0099, being an adjustment of the boundaries of those portions of land shown as Lots 31
and 32 on the map of Tract No. 5921 Phase 2, filed October 22, 1999, in Book 45 of Maps, Page 64, in
the office of the Kern County Recorder, being in the SE 1/ of Section 7, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. B. &
M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California

Being an adjustment of Lots 31 and 32 of Tract Map No. 5921 Phase 2 recorded in Book
45 of Maps at Page 67 in the office of the Kern County Recorder, also being a portion of
Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 27 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the northwesterly terminus of the centerline of San Rogue Court per
said Tract-Map No. 5921 Phase 2, said point being a concrete monument with brass cap
marked "LS 5332" in a lamphole per said Tract Map; Thence South 31 057'36" Easi along
said centerline, a distance of 113.92 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
northeasterly and having a radius of 500.00 feet; Thence southeasterly along said curve
and said centerline, through a central angle of 02 018'38 an arc distance of 20.16 feet;
