Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California.

Property Owners: ST. JOHN MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH as to Lots 18 -24; and ENRIQUE
LOZANO and DIANA LOZANO, husband and wife, as joint tenants, as to Lots 16 & 17.
This Certificate of Compliance is being issued and recorded for 2 parcels.
At the request of the property owner, the undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line
Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby
states that that portion of land described on the attached Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" complies with
the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of
Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act
and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may be sold, leased, or financed
without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto.

Addition as recorded in Bk. 2, Pg.29 of Maps, in the Office of the Kern County
Recorder; Also, being a portion of the SE1 /4 of Section 32, T.29S., R.28E., M.D.M.,
in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:

Lots 18 through 24 of Block 20 as shown on said Map of the Mayflower Addition; excepting therefrom
those portions described as follows:
The south 15 feet of said Lot 24;
And a parcel of land bounded on the south by the north line of the south 15 feet of said Lot 24, bounded on
the west by the west line of said Lots 23 & 24 and bounded on the northeast by a circular curve of 20 feet
