The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory
Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and
acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described and
shown on Exhibits "A" and "B ", attached hereto and made parts hereof, complies with the provisions of
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal
Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real property is a result of Lot Line
Adjustment 02 -0307, being an adjustment of the boundaries of those two portions of land described as
Parcel 2 on that Certificate of Compliance for Parcel Map Waiver P01 -0579 recorded August 30, 2001,
Document #0201126868, Official Records, and Parcel A on that Certificate of Compliance for Lot Line
Adjustment 02 -0181 recorded April 5, 2002, Document #0202053858, Official Records in the office of
the Kern County Recorder, and being portions of the SW '/4 of Section 5 and the SE '/4 of Section 6, T.
30 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M., in the city of Bakersfield, county of Kern, state of California
Property Owners: ADCC UNIVERSITY CENTRE NO. 3, LLC, a California Limited Liability
company, as to the above - mentioned Parcel 2; and ADCC UNIVERSITY CENTRE NO. 4, LLC, a
California Limited Liability company, as to the above - mentioned Parcel A.

This Certificate of Compliance is being issued and recorded for 2 parcels.
