Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the
City of Bakersfield, hereby states that those portions of land described on the attached Exhibit "A"
and shown on Exhibit "B" comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision

Being a merger and redivision of Lot 21 of the Berkshire Farm Tract recorded in Map
Book 1 at Page 38 and Parcels 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Parcel Map No. 6752 recorded in Book 29
of Parcel Maps at Page 91, both in the office of the Kern County Recorder. Also being a
portion of the South half of Section 30, Township 30 South, Range 28 East, Mount
Diablo Meridian;, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 21, also being the centerline intersection
of Berkshire Road and Monitor Street;
Thence (1) South 00 035'24" West along the East line of said Lot 21 and the
centerline of said Monitor Street, a distance of 1501.48 feet;
Thence (2) North 89 130'34" West, a distance of 659.61 feet to the West line of Parcel
1 of said Parcel Map No. 6752;
Thence (3) North 00 035'29" East along the West line of said Parcel 1 and said Lot 21,
a distance of 1501.48 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 21, also
being a point on the centerline of said Berkshire Road;

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Parcel 4 of said Parcel Map No. 6752, also being
the centerline intersection of Monitor Street and Hosking Avenue;

centerline of said Hosking Avenue, a distance of 4.87 feet;
