The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as
Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of
Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real
property described and shown on Exhibits "A" and "B ", attached hereto and made parts hereof,
complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of
the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real
property is a result of Lot Line Adjustment 04 -0610, being an adjustment of the boundaries of the
following portions of land:
1. Parcel 1 and 2 of Lot Line Adjustment No. 400 as evidenced by Certificate of Compliance
recorded December 27, 1995 as Document No. 0195157478, O.R.
all as filed and recorded in the office of the Kern County Recorder, and being portions of the
Northwest quarter of Section 13, T. 29 S., R. 28 E., M. D. M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of
Kern, State of California
Property Owner: Rio Bravo Land Company, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company
Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 439 - 010 -08 -3 and 439 - 010 -09 -1.
This Certificate of Compliance is being issued and recorded for 2 parcels.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision
Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcels described herein may be sold,
leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance

Being an adjustment of Parcels 1 and 2 of Lot Line Adjustment no. 400 per certificate of
compliance recorded December 27, 1995 as document 157478 of Official Records in the
office of the Kern County Recorder. Also being a portion of the Northwest quarter of
Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 28 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of Calfiornia, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Parcel 1 of said Lot Line Adjustment No. 400, also
being a point on the North line of the Norhtwest quarter of said Section 13 and the
centerline intersection of Paladino Drive and Lamplight Street, from which point the
Northwest corner of said Section 13 bears South 89 142'34 ". West, a distance of 610.00
feet;
