complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of
the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real
property is a result of Lot Line Adjustment 04 -0229, being an adjustment of the boundaries of the

as filed and recorded in the office of the Kern County Recorder, and being portions of the
Northwest quarter of Section 35, T. 30 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of
Kern, State of California

Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 514 - 381- 03 -00 -3 and 514- 381- 04 -00 -6.

48 of Maps at Page 83 in the office of the Kern County Recorder. Also being portions of
the Northwest quarter of Section 35, Township 30 South, Range 27 East, Mount Diablo
Meridian, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Parcel 3A
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, being marked by a 5/8" rebar and
plastic cap tagged "LS 5332" per said Tract Map No. 5958 Phase 3;
Thence (1) South 00 135'14" West along the East line of said Parcel 3, a distance of
61.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot. Said corner also being
