Compliance on August 15, 2001 by Document No. 0201118947 in the office of the Kern County
Recorder, being also a portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 29 South,
Range 27 East, M. D. M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of kern, State of California, as
shown on map in the office of the County Recorder of said County, more particularly described as
follows:

Commencing at a 2" iron pipe tagged R.C.E. 15331 for the angle point in the northerly boundary
of said Parcel B;
Thence, North 82'17'48" West, along said northerly line, 225.39 feet to the northwest corner of
said Parcel B, said corner being the Point of Beginning;
Thence, South 7043'27" West, along the westerly line of said Parcel B, 61.99 feet;
