Meridian, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, more particularly

Commencing at the centerline intersection of Coffee Road and Meany Avenue being a
concrete monument with brass cap marked "RCE 15331" in a lamphole per Parcel Map
No. 10854 filed in Book 52 of Parcel Maps at Page 168 in the office of the Kern County
Recorder; Thence South 89 008'26" East along the centerline of said Meany Avenue, a
distance of 831.92 feet to the Southwest corner of Parcel 18 of said Parcel Map No.
10854 and the point of beginning;
