Being a division of Parcel C of Parcel Map No. 4241 filed October 25, 1977 in Book 19 of
Parcel Maps at Page 122 in the office of the Kern County Recorder. Also being a portion
of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 29 South,
Range 28 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State
of California more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Parcel C, said point being marked by a rebar
and cap tagged "RCE 17654" per Record of Survey filed in Book 22 of Record of Surveys
at Page 33 in the office of the Kern County Recorder;
Thence (1) South 00 056'08" East along the East line of said Parcel C, a distance of
323.55 feet;
Thence (2) South 89 004'18" West, a distance of 331.15 feet to a point on the West
line of said Parcel C. Said West line also being the centerline of Dotson
Street;
Thence (3) North 00 05542" West along said West line and said centerline, a distance
of 334.08 feet to the Northwest corner of said Parcel;
Thence (4) South 89 006'29" East along the North line of said Parcel C, a distance of
331.27 feet to the point of beginning;
