The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as
Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of
Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real
property described and shown on Exhibits "A" and "B ", attached hereto and made parts hereof,
complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of
the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real
property is a result of Lot Line Adjustment 04 -1130, being an adjustment of the boundaries of the
following portions of land:
1. Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of Certificate of Compliance recorded March 25, 2005 per Document No.
000205073347;
as filed n the office of the Kern County Recorder, and being portions of Southwest quarter of Section
19, T. 30 S., R. 28 E., M. D. M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California
Property Owner:
Elfriede E. Halford, successor trustee to the Halford Family Trust Instrument,
established August 22, 1995.
Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 413 - 010 -17 -4 and 413 - 010 -18 -2.
This Certificate of Compliance is being issued and recorded for 2 parcels.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision
Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcels described herein may be sold,
leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance

Being an adjustment of those portions of land shown as the West Half of the West Half
of Lot 14 of Section 19, T. 30 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M. Per Kern County Sales Map No. 1
of the Lands of J. B. Haggin filed for record May 3, 1889 in the Office of the Kern
County Recorder, being a portion of Section 19, T. 30 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M. In the City
of Bakersfield, County of kern, State of California, being more partically described as
follows:
Parcel A
The east 80 feet of the north 209 feet of said West Half of the West Half of said Lot 14.
Parcel B
Commencing at the northeast corner of said West Half of the West Half, thence
westerly along the north line of said Lot 14, 80feet, more or less, to the northwest corner
of Parcel 1 as described above and the True Point of Beginning for this description;
thence southerly along the west line of said Parcel 1, 209 feet, more or less, to the
southwest corner of said Parcel 1; thence westerly along the south line of east 100 feet
