COVENANT RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION
IN BREEZEWAY BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 4
THIS COVENANT is executed on this jay of , 2015,
By HOPPER PROPERTIES, LLC. (hereinafter "Owner /s ") in connection with the
recordation of the Certificate of Compliance on the real property which is the
subject of Lot Line Adjustment No. 14 -0488, located in the City of
Bakersfield, California.
No construction shall be done in the breezeway, and upon transfer of either
parcel affected by the breezeway, modifications will need to be done to
eliminate the structure over the proposed property line and the structures
will need to be modified to meet the building code in effect at the time of
transfer.
This Covenant may not be amended or modified without the prior approval of
the City of Bakersfield. This covenant shall run with the land.
Property Description: APN 005 - 010 -03 and 04, recorded in
Book 3455, Page 852, O.R.

THIS COVENANT is executed on this Ribay of _ ej. , 2015,
By HOPPER PROPERTIES, LLC. (hereinafter "Owner /s ") in connection with the
recordation of the Certificate of Compliance on the real property which is the
subject of Lot Line Adjustment No. 14 -0488, located in the City of
Bakersfield, California.
No construction shall be done in the breezeway, and upon transfer of either
parcel affected by the breezeway, modifications will need to be done to
eliminate the structure over the proposed property line and the structures
will need to be modified to meet the building code in effect at the time of
transfer.
This Covenant may not be amended or modified without the prior approval of
the City of Bakersfield. This covenant shall run with the land.
