EXHIBIT "A"
PARCEL A:
Being all of the southeasterly 10.00 feet of the southeasterly 20.00
feet ( as measured at right angles) of Lots 15 through 20, inclusive,
and portions of Lots 14 and 21 of Tract 4445, Unit "C ", in the City
of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 34, Page 158 of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County. Said 10.00 foot strip being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 21 of said Tract 4445,
Unit "C "; thence (1) South 89 °56'34" east along the southerly line thereof
a distance of 74.82 feet to the true point of beginning on a curve from
which point the center of said curve bears North 23 °43'13" west, 235.00
feet distance thereon; thence (2) northeasterly along said curve through
a central angle of 22 °05'13" an arc distance of 90.59 feet to the point
of tangency; thence (3) North 44 °11'34" east, a distance of 521.74 feet
to a point in the east line of said Lot 14; thence (4) South 00 031136"
west along the east line of said Lot 14, a distance of 14.48 feet;
thence (5) South 44 °11'34" west parallel with course No. 3 and 10.00
feet southeasterly (measured at right angles) a distance of 511.26 feet
to a point at the beginning of a tangent curve to the left and having
a radius of 245.00 feet; thence (6) southwesterly along said curve
concentric with course No. 2 and 10.00 feet southeasterly through a
central angle of 17 °14'18" an arc distance of 73.71 feet to the most
southerly corner of said Lot 21; thence .(7) North 89 °56'34" west along
the southerly line of said Lot 21, a distance of 22.63 feet to the true
point of beginning.
