CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
(SECTION. 66499.35, GOVERNMENT CODE)
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated
by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel
Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of
the City of Bakersfield, hereby certifies that the hereinafter -
described parcels of land complies with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California regulating divisions of
land.
The following conditions were imposed but their implementation was
deferred until development and no building permit shall be issued
until those conditions have been met:
1) A 5.5' wide sidewalk shall be constructed adjacent to Parcel B.
2) Upon development and through the site plan review process, land-
scaping shall be installed consistent in width and type with that
installed southerly of this site.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, are more particularly described
as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
PENSIL I AND SILL PROPERTIES, INC. are the owners of the described
parcels of land.
