The following conditions were imposed but their implementation was deferred until development and no building permit shall be issued until those conditions have been met: 1) A 5.5' wide sidewalk shall be constructed adjacent to Parcel B. 2) Upon development and through the site plan review process, land- scaping shall be installed consistent in width and type with that installed southerly of this site.
