The following conditions were imposed but their implementation was deferred until development and no building permit shall be issued until those conditions have been met: 1) A 5.5' wide sidewalk shall be constructed adjacent to Parcel B. 2) Upon development and through the site plan review process, land- scaping shall be installed consistent in width and type with that installed southerly of this site. Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
