Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby certifies that the hereinafter - described parcels of land comply with the
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California regulating
divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,

Parcels A and B are required by the City of Bakersfield in
connection with the City's approval of Parcel Map Waiver 33 -87;
and
WHEREAS, an easement for sump and drainage purposes over
Parcel B for the benefit of both Parcels A and B is required by
the City of Bakersfield in connection with the City's approval of
Parcel Map Waiver 33 -87; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to §65870, et seq. of the California
Government Code, the City of Bakersfield has adopted Chapter
12.60 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code, permitting creation of
required easements be recorded covenants.
NOW, THEREFORE, JOHN CHARLES ANTONINO, by this covenant,
does hereby create an easement for drainage purposes over the

The owners of each parcel shall be jointly and equally
responsible for all use, maintenance, removal and replacement
of the above - described easements. Costs advanced by any owner,
or, if necessary, any governmental entity, shall become a lien
upon both parcels. Cost will include maintenance, replacement
and reconstruction work as required to preserve the utility of
the easement in the same condition and status as it was as of
the time of the completion of the original construction and
installation.
