The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map
Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of
Bakersfield, hereby certifies that the hereinafter - described parcels of
land comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of
Kern, State of California, are more particularly described as follows on
Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
EXHIBIT A
Those portions of Tract 4437 in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern
State of California, as filed in the office of the Kern County Recorder
December 30, 1983, in Book 33 of Maps, Pages 24 & 25, more particularly
described as follows:
Parcel A: The east 85 feet of Lot 6 of said Tract 4437.
Parcel B: The west 83 feet of Lot 6 of said Tract 4437.
KHALID KHAWAR & BIRJEES A. KHAWAR are the owners of the described parcels
of land.
