The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map
Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of
Bakersfield, hereby certifies that the hereinafter - described parcel of land
complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California regulating divisions of land.
Said parcel of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of California, are more particularly described as follows and shown on
Exhibit "B ":
Parcel A of Block 423D being all of that land in Lots 16 through 20,
inclusive, of Block 423D of the City of Bakersfield, California. As
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Kern, State of
California on November 25, 1898.
DON MICHAEL - ISHIMORI LAND COMPANY is the owner of the
described parcel of land.
