The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with
respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adduetments and
Bating herein an behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby
certifies that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter-
described parcel of land complies with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16
of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.
Said parcel of lend, being situated in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, is more
particularly described as follows on.Exhibit A and shown on
Exhibit B.
VERNON D. STRONG and NANCY L. STRONG are the owners of the
described parcel of land.

Lots 1 and 2 in Block 1 of Borgwardt Tract, according to the map
thereof filed in Book 1, Page 100 of Maps in the Office of the
Kern County Recorder.
TOGETHER WITH
That portion of Fargo Street vacated by resolution by the Board
of Supervisors and recorded in Book 381, at Page 220, Official
Records, a strip of land 11.25 feet in width described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of said Borgwardt
Tract,
thence Southerly along the West line of said Lot 2 to the
Southwest corner of said Lot 2,
thence Westerly along the prolongation of the South line of Lot 2
to a point 30 as measured at right angles from the centerline of
Fargo Street;
thence Northerly along a line 30 feet as measured at right angles
and parallel the centerline of Fargo Street to a point
intersecting the prolongation of the North line of said Lot 2;
thence Easterly along the prolongation of said Lot 2 to the true
point of beginning.
