OFFER OF DRAINAGE
WHEREAS, Glenn R. Plaskett, J Sally D. Plaskett, Warren A.
Plaskett, and Karen D. Plaskett, the "owners" of that certain
real property in the City of Bakersfield, Kern County,
California, described as follows:
Parcels "A", "n" & "C" of Parcel Hap Waiver No. 32-88 which is a
division of Parcel 2 of Parcel Hap No. 7440 recorded in Parcel
Map Book 31 at Page 66 in the office of the County Recorder.
WHEREAS, as a condition imposed through Site Plan Review 0958813
by the Building Department of the City of Bakersfield, said
Parcels "A" & "B" shall provide A drainage easement to Rio Hirada
Drive; and
WHEREAS, to assure that there will be a means of allowing onsite
drainage waters to flow to Rio Mirada Drive, the "owners" have
agreed that, upon conveyance of either Parcel "A" or Parcel "Y'
a drainage easement shall be reserved, so that Parcels "A", "B" &
"C" have the right to allow their respective onsite drainage
waters to flow across one another to Rio Mirada Drive where it
will then be directed to a City approved storm drain system.
