6- 280 -8, 6- 321 -1, 6- 321 -2, 6- 322 -1, 6- 322 -2, and 6- 322 -5)
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with
respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and
acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby
certifies that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter -
described parcel of land complies with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16
of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.
Said parcel of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, is more particularly described
as follows on Exhibit A and showy, on Exhibit B.

All that portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 29
South, Range 28 East, MDB &M, City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, being a parcel of land described as:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Block 310, as shown on
the map of the City of Bakersfield, filed November 25, 1898, in Map Book 1,
pages 13 -14, in the Office of the Kern County Recorder and also shown on
Map No. 9 A1- Bak.1a M4 on file in the Office of the Kern County Surveyor,
from which the dimensions of this description are determined. Said point
also being the intersection of the South right -of -way line of Truxtun
Avenue and the west right -of -way line of "N" Street;
THENCE (1) South 0'- 00' 04" East, along the East line of Lots 1 and 8
and extension thereof, of said Block 310, a distance of
305.34 feet to the centerline of 16th Street;
THENCE (2 South 0- 00' 05" West, along the East line of Lots 1 and 8
and extension thereof, of Block 329 of said map a distance
of 305.35 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 8;
THENCE (3) North 89- 59' 13" West, along the South line of said Block
329 and extension thereof, 305.39 feet to a point on the
centerline of "M" Street;
