The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory
Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the
City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- described parcels of land
complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the
City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more
particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
BLOCK FOUR WESTCHESTER PARKING ASSOCIATION, INC. is the owner of the described parcels of
land.

1472 filed in Book 6 of Maps at Page 193 in the Office of the
Kern County Recorder, also being a portion of Section 24, T29S,
R27E, MDM, and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel A•
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 25 of said Block 4
of Tract No. 1472; thence N37 039107 11E, along the westerly
boundary of said Lot 25, a distance of 307.52 feet; thence
S52 020123 11E, a distance of 233.76 feet; thence S37 039137 11W, a
distance of 307.52 feet; thence N52 0 2012311W, a distance of 233.72
feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
Said Parcel A contains 1.65 acres, more or less.
