The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with
respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and
acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby
certifies that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter-
described parcel of land complies with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16
of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.

Said parcel of land, being situated in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, is more
particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown.on
Exhibit B.
CHANDLER ASSOCIATES is the owner of the described parcel of
land.

Legal Description for Parcel "A"
The land referred to herein is situated in the State of
California, County of Kern, City of Bakersfield and is
described as follows:
All those portions of blocks 82, 83, 86, 87 and vacated
Sumner Street, vacated Stockton Street and the vacated alley
lying within blocks 86 and 87 of the City of Bakersfield as
per map filed June 5, 1888, in book 1 pages 19 and 20 of maps
in the office of the county recorder of said county, bounded
as follows:
On the South by the North line of East 21st Street on the
East by the West line of Sacramento Street; on the North by
the Northerly line of the land described as Parcel "G" in the
deed recorded March 17, 1987, in book 5980 page 2351; on the
West by the Easterly lines of Parcels "A", "B", and "D" as
described in the deed recorded March 17, 1987, in book 5980
page 2354 and the West line of Parcel "G" as described in
deed recorded March 17, 1987, in book 5980 page 2351; also
bounded on the West by the West lines of vacated Sumner
Street and vacated alley as described in resolution of
vacation recorded May 8, 1987 in book 6002 page 484.
Excepting from block 87; lots 1-3, the Easterly 10" of lot
21, and lots 22-32 per map filed June 5, 1888 in Book 1,
