ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO THIS PLAN, THE CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE, LA TEST EDI TION AND STANDARDS PERTAINING THERETO. THESE DOCUMENTS SHALL BE MADE A PART HEREOF. 2. ALL CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY OR CITY EASEMENTS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF BAKERSFIELD STANDARDS AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS, LATEST EDITION.
