THE BENCHMARK DERIVED FOR THIS PROJECT LOCATION WAS DERIVED USING NGS' ONLINE
POSITIONING USERS SERVICE (OPUS). THE ELEVATIONS PROVIDED ARE BASED ON THE
NAVD88 DATUM AND ARE DERIVED FROM POST PROCESSED GPS SOLUTIONS. THE BASE
STATIONS USED FOR THIS DERIVATION WERE PID-DM7566, PID-DM6180, PID-DM6177 (EPOCH
2002.0000, GEOID09).
A BEARING OF S 89" 29'34N E SHOWN FOR THE SOUTH LINEC)F THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION
34, T.298., R.26E., M.R.B.&M., ON THE MAP FILED IN BOOK 10 OF RECORDS OF SURVEYS AT PAGES 197

AGREEMENT, APPROVED INSURANCE AND SECURITY BASED ON AN APPROVED
ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL
BE POSTED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE PERMIT.
NO PUBLIC WORKS INSPECTIONS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WORK IN THE UNDEDICATED
ROADWAYS IN THIS PROPERTY UNTIL A SUBDIVISION PERMIT HAS BEEN OBTAINED,

COMPACTION TEST NOTE - COMPACTION TESTS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF

REQUIRED TESTS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY ENGINEER
ANY ITEMS IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DO NOT MEET
CURRENT STANDARDS SET BY PUBLIC WORKS WILL BE REQUIRE REPAIRING AND/OR
UPGRADING AS PER CITY ENGINEER.
MAXIMUM SLOPE RATIO FROM BACK OF SIDEWALK TO FACE OF WALL OR STRUCTURE
SHALL BE 4:1, EXCEPT FOR TWO FEET BEHIND THE SIDEWALK WHERE THE MAXIMUM
SLOPE SHALL BE 2%. ALTERNATIVELY, THE CITY ENGINEER MAY APPROVE CURBING
BEHIND THE SIDEWALK OR OTHER METHOD TO PREVENT EROSION ONTO THE
SIDEWALK.
