officers agents and employees against any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of action or demands, whatsoever
against them, or any of them, before administrative, quasi-judicial, orjudicial tribunals of any kind whatsoever, arising out
of, connected with, or caused by applicant's placement, erection, use (by applicant or any other person or entity) or
maintenance of said encroachment. The applicant further agrees to maintain the aforesaid encroachment during the life of
said encroachment or until such time that this permit is revoked.

Your property is in violation of the. Bakersfield Municipal Code. Specific violations are
on attached page.
A re -inspection has been scheduled to take place no sooner thotwelve(l from
the date of this letter to allow for mailing.
Please contact Billy Owens, Code Enforcement Officer, ( to the
re -inspection date, between the office hours of 8:00 .m. ascuss
informal resolution of the matter.
Please be aware that violations of the City's Municipal Code cannot be taken lightly. If
the illegal condition has not beenresolved within the time specified above, you will be
charged a $115 administrative fee to cover the cost of re -inspection. Further, an
additional $210 will be charged if not abated and an abatement hearing is held on this
violation case. An additional $325 administrative fee plus actual contract abatement
cost will be charged if the City hasto abate nuisance. There will be a. $580 fee charged
if the City is required to obtain an abatement warrant for abatement. Fees are
cumulative and could total $1,230 plus actual abatement cost. Fees and any other
costsnecessary to remove the violation will be charged to you personally and/or will be
assessed against the land and can be foreclosed on or made a tax assessment which
will be placed on the tax rolls to be collected.
