RUST LOAN AND GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR YADWINDER SINGH DBA GAS-N-SAVE
MARKET, RUST LOAN NO. D17- 07011 AND RUST GRANT NO. D17 -07010
It is my pleasure to inform you that your RUST loan and grant applications for the property
located at 830 Union Avenue, Bakersfield, CA have been approved. Your agreements will
be prepared and sent to you for signature, for a total project budget amount of $245,000.00.
This revised RUST Loan approval is good for up to $174,641.00 at an interest rate of
1.80%, for a term of 10 years.
This RUST Grant approval is good for up to $70,000.00.
Work cannot begin until you receive a copy of fully executed agreements (including any
amendment(s) for eligible costs/labor) between Yadwinder Singh dba Gas-N-Save Market
and the State Water Resources Control Board. Only qualifying work and equipment directly
related to the upgrading of existing equipment can be paid for by the RUST loan and grant
programs unless included by the equipment supplier or contractor. Examples of ineligible
expenses are: Non-qualifying dispensers, PCI and POS equipment, decals, signage,
canopies, bollards, valances, cash registers, fuel, software, travel, housing, speakers,
and monitors.
We are drafting the documents and will have them ready to mail to you for your signature
