Ward 2 a. Conditional Use Permit No. 18-0471: Verizon Wireless is proposing a
conditional use permit to allow a 69-foot tall monopole wireless
telecommunication facility with ancillary equipment (17.59.020.C) in the
M-1 (Light Manufacturing Zone) district, located at 315 30th
Street. Proposed Notice of Exemption on file.
Staff recommends approval.
Ward 3 b. Conditional Use Permit No. 18-0497: Tomas DelToro-Diaz is
proposing a conditional use permit to convert an existing hotel to an
apartment complex (17.28.0301) in the M-1 (Light Manufacturing
Zone) district, located at 4500 Buck Owens Boulevard. Proposed
Notice of Exemption on file.
