Fire Permit for Dispenser Replacement & Related Upgrades/Modifications
Dear Ms. Palmer /Fire Plan Check,
Per your e -mail received & as required for this project, attached please find the following
documents we would like to respectfully submit to your office for review, to cover required fees
& in order to obtain Fire Permit /Approved Plans for proposed Dispenser Replacement & Related
Upgrades/Modifications to be performed at the subject sites;
• Check #8287 for $342.00 dollars ($171.00 /site) to cover required permit fees.
• Completed Billing & Permit Statement.
We would also like to respectfully request expedite review for this project as well. Upon receipt
& review of mentioned documents, please advise, feel free to contact me at
