for review in order to obtain Fire Permit /Approved Plans for proposed Dispenser Replacement &
Related Upgrades/Modifications to be performed at the subject sites;
• UST Permit Application.
• Contractors Documents & Certifications for V & R Construction Service Inc.
• Four (4) Sets of Plans, Stamped, Signed & Sealed for review /approval.
