NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the street name "Star Lake Parkway" as shown on Tract 6359,
Phases 1 and 2, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California recorded on
August 7, 2007 is incorrect, and the correct street name is "Berkshire Road ". Therefore, for
purposes of orderly development, "Star Lake Parkway" is re -named to:
"BERKSHIRE ROAD"
(As shown on attached exhibit map.)
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD PLANNING DEPARTMENT
THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT the above Certificate of Correction has been examined this
day of June 20, 2018 by the City of Bakersfield Planning Director approves the street name
change above, in accordance with Bakersfield Municipal Code Section 16.28.130.
