at 131 N Street. Proposed Notice of Exemption on File.
Staff recommends approval.
Ward 2 b. Conditional Use Permit No. 18-0496: McIntosh and Associates is
proposing a Conditional Use Permit to allow an apartment house
(17.20.040.A) in a C-O (Professional and Administrative Office Zone)
district located at 102-126 Coffee Road. Addendum to the Mitigated
Negative Declaration on file.
